MeccaBingo to launch Blockbusters Bingo

Hi guys… A quick update for you.

This coming week meccabingo.com are launching a new and exclusive game: On Wednesday 21st July 2010 they are launching Blockbusters bingo!

The game is based on the popular game show– Blockbusters - that was first aired on tv in the 1980’s, which many of you may know and remember.

Exclusive to Mecca Bingo, it is going to be very different to any other bingo game out there - a welcome thought I’m sure as many of the bingo games these days are so similar. Here is a summary of the key features:

· It will use letters instead of numbers – 26 letters drawn. You will need to match letters on your card to build a horizontal or vertical line to win
· Games are faster than with traditional bingo games, as a maximum of only 26 letters can be called
· On bonus games, all players who just missed out with a ‘one to go’ will get a Gold Run scratch card where you can be in with a chance to win up to £50
· In addition, a £5,000 Community jackpot will be won when the letters B-I-N-G-O come out in the first 5 letters drawn in any order

Mecca Bingo have decided to give £5 free for players to try the game. New players will get the £5 free when they register and go to the Blockbusters bingo area. If you have signed up before the 21st July 2010 you will get £5 credited in your accounts as soon as you spend £5 on the game.
